Yes, the holidays are here. You want to eat right, but how? All those parties, all those family dinners. It can be daunting. Easy to just bag your good intentions and pick it all back up in January with some grand pronouncement that involves New Years Resolutions that for some reason never quite seem to stick.

Its too hard….

I don’t want to make things difficult for others…

I don’t want to make my family uncomfortable…

My kids will never go for it…..

I know the arguments. And I battle them myself in my mind. But the truth is, you don’t have to let it all go just because its getting cold outside, you don’t want to upset Aunt Bettie at the Thanksgiving meal and your kids prefer McNuggets.

You CAN get through the holidays on a plant-based whole food diet without skimping on taste & flavor. And without causing undue stress on yourself and your family. But how?……

How? My wife Julie Piatt and I are here to help. So we put together this series of holiday recipe videos – a wide array of delicious, nutritious, hearty & easy to prepare holiday recipes that are certain to please even the most pesky family member at your holiday table. We promise.
